    A Dear customer, this body fat scale needs to install 3 * AAA batteries (NOT included), these batteries are easily bought, you can find them in any store. Hope it can help you.
  7. Q How do you pair it? It doesn't work, even though the phone lying right next to the scale. The phone is searching for devices and the scale is on.
    A I believe, I may be wrong, but I believe I tapped the scale to make the numbers light up while the phone was searching on bluetooth mode. Good luck.
  8. Q Do you have to download the app to use the scale?
    A Dear customer, you can use the scale without the app but you can only get the weight on the LED display. If you download the app on your Phone, turn on bluetooth and then open the app -- stand on the scale with barefeet, and then you will get the detail of you body on the app such as body water, bone mass and protein etc. Hope it can help you.

    A Yes! The syncing works great. All I do is open the Google Fit app when I'm stepping on the scale, and then when I open Google Fit, the info is there right away!

    A Mine seems to be accurate. There is no problem. It is quite consistent with the weight scale in my doctor's office.

    A In the back of the scale, there is a button that you can use to switch from Kg to lb.

    A They tell you to use Fitdays. I found it in the App Store - I use OS - Apple phone.
  14. Q Do you have to use the Fitdays app or can you use a different one?
    A You have to use the app. It links to the fitbit or Google apps to sync weight.

    A More or less. They stick up just a tiny bit.

    A I think so. I mean even if it isn’t 100% accurate I think it’s close enough just to use as a tool. It works well with or without app. I don’t use everyday but so far so good

    A Have you tried your security answers? If not then I would call tech support for credential assistance. Good luck I know it gets frustrating, I’ve been on that same bot but rep has always been able to assist

    A In settings & then in switch units it will be in there

    A If you switched phones you have to unbin & rebin it.

    A Yes, the app needs to be open and you must be signed in for the stats to sync to the app if you’re wanting to track changes. You can simply weigh yourself without the app being open but you won’t be able to read other body stats like BMI, body fat percentage etc.

    A I don’t know. I use Apple. I would assume it does. Check on the website for specifics.
  30. Q how does this thing knows how much body fat vs muscle I have? Is it purely calculating it via weight and height? Or how does it know?
    A I couldn’t get it to do anything except show weight which is all I really wanted. Good luck with the rest. I may not be tech savvy enough

    A Yes. The scale will sync with the phone who has the manufacturers app open and next to the scale when measuring yourself. I haven't tried having to apps having two phones with the app open at the same time but my wife and I both use the scale and the app works great. it will sync with apple health too.
